Cold Weather Bag Lady

It’s finally getting a little cold in San Diego! I’m excited because it’s cold enough to wear sweaters and scarfs but not too cold to wear a dress. That’s perfect to me.

Although I usually show a little skin I decided to pair this one piece (looks like a dress, I know) with a long sleeve turtleneck. It makes me feel a bit like a bag lady because of the way it hides my figure but it’s so comfortable.

This is one of my absolute favorite things to wear during the summer because it’s so flowy and it keeps me cool but I didn’t want to give it up during the winter.

It hides my shape and seems a bit unflattering especially without a belt but I feel good in it which I think matters more than anything.

I got these Nine West boots for $25 at Nordstrom Rack earlier this year and once I got them home I realized they matched this Target belt perfectly. I’ve been pairing them together quite a bit.

I wore them with a dress in this youtube video.

Anywhoo, it’s Monday. The start of a new week and an extremely busy day for me. I’m back on the healthy lifestyle wagon after an indulgent Thanksgiving with my inlaws and my body is currently rebelling.

I hope you have an awesome week!

  • Those boots were only $25???! That’s almost unbelievable. The belt and boots definitely add interest to the overall outfit. CUTE!
