How I Lost 25 Pounds In One Month

Ugh! I can’t believe I’m sharing this but a few people have asked about my weight loss. As you can see I don’t have a perfect body and to be honest I don’t really want one right now. I just want to be happy and healthy. I feel like I’m there now even in this too small bikini which I had to donate because it was NOT happening.

When I took my before picture I was slightly depressed and it was taken on my cellphone hence the quality. I was ecstatic in the after which was taken on my Canon.

I had doubts that I’d stick to it when I started but somehow I became determined. But now I can wear the clothes I want and I feel so much healthier.

I’m kinda sad that I had a lil booty when I was fat and now it’s gone 😞

I uploaded a youtube video earlier today talking about my process but the cliffs are: I ate less and moved more. It only took one month to drop the weight which I contribute to determination and the fact that I used to be in better shape years ago.

I also drink two glasses of water with a teaspoon or two of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar every morning to help with the bloating issues I might have.
